JPD Needs Help Identifying Forgery Suspect

On January 26, 2019, Jonesboro Police Officers were dispatched to Casey’s General Store, located on Caraway Road, in reference to counterfeit money. The manager told officers that she noticed a suspicious fifty dollar bill while going through the overnight cash. The watermark revealed the bill to be an altered five.

Police are looking for an unknown suspect in reference to this crime. The suspect is described as a black male, possibly 5’10 and weighing around 200 lbs.
