Grandson Charged with Capital Murder

A Pocahontas man has been charged with capital murder, accused of killing his grandparents earlier this year.

25-year-old Nicholaus Patterson has been charged with two counts of capital murder.

Patterson is accused of killing Ricky and Rita Bozwell in their home in Pocohantas on July 10th.

Their bodies were discovered a few days later after Patterson’s mother reported them missing.

He's currently being held without bond in the Randolph County Detention Center.
