Arkansas State University’s museum has a new exhibit that is teaching kids healthier ways to eat and be fit.
All of the activities are interactive and hands-on.
Kids are getting the chance to be active as they test their flexibility, balance, and learn how much work it takes to burn off calories for certain snacks, as well as learning about serving sizes and how to make healthier choices at home.
Each activity has bilingual instructions and is designed for kids ages 2 to 8.
The exhibit is free for anyone to visit and will be open until August 7th.
