The City of Jonesboro is asking swimming pool owners to register their pools with E-911. Its hoped that first responders will get the jump on a rescue. Seconds can sometimes mean the difference.

The US Honey Bee population has been declining for about a decade. Most of the loss is due to virus. More recently, the decline is due to declining habitat.
