1) NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT DOES NOT INCREASE CHANCES OF WINNING. To enter the KJNB WEATHER APP GAS GIVEAWAY Contest, download the “KJNB Weather App” on a mobile device any time from July 27 2020 through October 31st 2020. After successfully downloading, participants must select the option that redirects them to the user submission form hosted on kjnbtv.com. Participants may submit the form one (1) time per device until the contest ends. Standard data and message rates may apply depending on cell phone carrier agreements. Participants who enter the contest more than once per device may be subject to forfeiting the contest. In this agreement, a “device” is one of the following: a phone or tablet manufactured with and currently operating a non-jailbroken iOS or Android operating system. The device must be supported by Apple or Google and cannot be used with third party operating systems.

2) All entrants will be selected by judges for the grand prize after the contest ends at midnight on October 31st 2020. Prize includes $600.00 amount of gift card(s) equal to 1 $50.00 gift card per month for up to 12 months, with the first amount being given to the winner by December 1st 2020 with all amounts being awarded by November 31st 2021. KJNB reserves the right to alter or change the amount given per month, as long as the total amount rewarded is no more or no less than $600.00 between December 1st 2020 and November 31st 2021. Runner up prizes of no more than $25 MSRP may be awarded dependent on the amount of participants enrolled in the contest.

3) Grand prize winner will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility, advertising and liability release within 7 days of notification or prize will be forfeited. All winners agree to use of their names/voices/likenesses in publicity and advertising without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. KJNB reserves the right to forfeit the prize after notification for any reason. Judges’ decisions are final.

4) No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted. Taxes are sole responsibility of winners. Limit: one winner per household or family.

5) Contest open to Arkansas residents residing in the following counties: Craighead, Greene, Poinsett, Clay, Mississippi, Jackson, Cross, Crittenden, Randolph, Lawrence, Sharp, Fulton, Independence, Woodruff, Saint Francis, White, Izard, Cleburne, Stone, Baxter. Contest open to Missouri residents residing in the following counties: Dunklin, Pemiscott, New Madrid, Butler, Ripley. Contest open to Tennessee residents residing in the following counties: Shelby, Tipton. Contest is closed to all residents not residing in the aforementioned counties in Arkansas, Missouri and Tennessee. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older. Employees and their immediate families of KJNB, their affiliates, subsidiaries, other television, radio, advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Contestants who have won a promotion from KJNB TV within 24 months prior to the contest start date may be disqualified.

6) For name of prize winners, send a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope to KJNB-TV, 2400 E. Highland Drive, STE 5000, Jonesboro AR 72401 after November 1 2020. Requests must be received by June 1, 2021.

7) KJNB-TV reserves the right to cancel contest at any time, without prior notification, under any and all circumstances. KJNB TV also reserves the right to award or forfeit prizes to any eligible contestant. KJNB also reserves the right to seek compensation from winner after November 1st 2020 if KJNB TV has deemed winner used unfair advantage to enter contest, or has violated any of the previous rules listed in this agreement.
