Rules:
1) NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT DOES NOT INCREASE CHANCES OF WINNING. To enter the KJNB GREENWAY GETAWAY Contest, watch KJNB Northeast Arkansas News at 6:00 PM, 9:00 PM and 10:00 PM each weekday from December 13th, 2019 through January 10th, 2020. A text to win keyword will be provided during each newscast at 6:00, 9:00 and 10:00. Text the keyword to 555-888 and you will receive a confirmation text confirming you have entered the drawing. Participants may enter the drawing once for each keyword provided until the contest ends. Standard data and message rates may apply depending on cell phone carrier agreements. For one night only, December 13th 2019 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, visitors to Christmas At The Park at Joe Mack Campbell Park in Jonesboro AR can receive a special keyword that will only be given out at the event. Purchasing a ticket to the Christmas At The Park event does not enter any person into the drawing. Entering this keyword into the contest is considered another entry, but does not necessarily increase chances of winning. Entrants can text a keyword to enter a total of twenty-two (22) times to be entered into the random drawing, with one entry for each keyword. Chances of winning are dependent on how many entrants have entered the contest, and how many times each entrant has entered the contest (at least once and up to twenty two times).
2) All entrants will be entered into a random drawing for the grand prize trip for two to Miami Friday, January 31st, through Monday, February 3rd. Prize includes round-trip coach air transportation to/from Miami from airport nearest winner's home in Continental U.S., tickets to the National Football League’s championship game, hotel accommodations, pre-game tailgate accommodations, transportation to the game and more (approximate retail value: $5000.00).
3) Grand prize winner to be selected in a random drawing conducted on January 13th 2020 and notified by January 14th 2020. Judges' decisions are final. After notification, winner’s information will be sent to a travel agency, which will then conduct final travel arrangements. KJNB and the travel agency will work with the contest winner to set up accommodations.
4) Grand prize winner will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility, advertising and liability release within 5 days of notification or prize will be forfeited. All winners agree to use of their names/voices/likenesses in publicity and advertising without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. KJNB reserves the right to forfeit the prize after notification for any reason.
5) No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted. Taxes are sole responsibility of winners. Limit: one winner per household or family.
6) Contest open to Arkansas residents residing in the following counties: Craighead, Greene, Poinsett, Clay, Mississippi, Jackson, Cross, Crittenden, Randolph, Lawrence, Sharp, Fulton, Independence, Woodruff, Saint Francis, White, Izard, Cleburne, Stone, Baxter. Contest open to Missouri residents residing in the following counties: Dunklin, Pemiscott, New Madrid, Butler, Ripley. Contest open to Tennessee residents residing in the following counties: Shelby, Tipton. Contest is closed to all residents not residing in the aforementioned counties in Arkansas, Missouri and Tennessee. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older. Employees and their immediate families of KJNB, Greenway Equipment, their affiliates, subsidiaries, other television, radio, advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Contestants who have won a promotion from KJNB TV within 24 months prior to December 13th 2019 may be disqualified.
7) For name of prize winners, send a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope to KJNB-TV, 2400 E. Highland Drive, STE 5000, Jonesboro AR 72401 after January 14th, 2020. Requests must be received by June 1, 2020.
8) KJNB-TV reserves the right to cancel contest at any time, without prior notification, under any and all circumstances. KJNB TV also reserves the right to award or forfeit prizes to any eligible contestant. KJNB also reserves the right to seek compensation from winner after January 14th 2020 if KJNB TV has deemed winner used unfair advantage to enter contest, or has violated any of the previous rules listed in this agreement.
