Voters went to the polls and decided several races across northeast Arkansas last night that went into a runoff. The town of Bay elected a new mayor. Paul Keith defeated opponent Sandi Ladd Griffin in the runoff election on Tuesday night. Mayor-elect Keith won by more than 66% of the vote, while Ladd Griffin received 33%.
